Connect CareLink to ChatGPT, Codex or other AI Agents

Connect CareLink using the secure Model Context Protocol (MCP). Your CareLink System Administrator must open a support ticket to create API credentials with the appropriate permissions before you begin.

Important: Use your assigned CareLink API username and password not your normal CareLink login.
Step Instructions
1 Open the Plugins directory in ChatGPT or Codex.
2 Select the + button and choose Add custom MCP server.
3 Enter the following CareLink MCP server address:
https://{{mydomain}}.mymobilepracticemanager.com/carelink/mcp/
4 Select OAuth as the authentication method and continue.
5 Enter your assigned CareLink API username and password on the CareLink authorization page.
6 Review the requested permissions and select Approve Connection.
7 Complete the connection and enable the CareLink plugin in a new ChatGPT or Codex conversation.
8 Test the connection by asking: “Show my active CareLink Office Locations.”
